Purpose of the role – To support the Managing Director with recruitment of roles. This will include
but not be limited to –
• Mapping clients and candidates as required via sites such as LinkedIn, RocketReach,
Zoominfo, etc. Also email outreach.
• Collaborating with MD’s VA on calendar e.g. booking candidates in for interview, review of longlists
• CRM management including but not limited to uploading new candidates, updating contact
information for clients, updating candidate details
• Formatting of CVs to send to clients
• Digital Marketing such as LinkedIn updates, job postings, etc.
• Emailing candidates to screen and check availability & requirements to change to a new role via Luke’s
email account and LI account

• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload
• Ability to work under pressure and within fixed time constraints
• Clear, concise and logical verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience as a recruiter and/or recruitment support either agency or internal
• Degree qualified
