Your Role:
As the UX/UI Designer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the delivery of design tasks as part of our product Roadmap.
- Actively participating in daily stand-ups and development meetings.
- Assisting in investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Contributing to the development of UI/UX design strategies with guidance from senior designers.
- Creating design assets such as wireframes, visual designs, user flows, and prototypes.
- Collaborating with the development team and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of tailored experiences for users.
- Conducting initial user research activities under supervision, including gathering feedback and analysing user behaviours.
- Learning and adhering to style standards on typography and design consistency.
- Helping maintain and contribute to our Design System.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Basic knowledge or familiarity with tools such as Sketch (training will be provided).
- Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or a willingness to learn.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within a UX/UI design role.
- Problem-solving skills, with a curiosity about how things work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or freelance design work is highly desirable.
